Tim Anderson is the author of Sweet Tooth and Tune in Tokyo: The Gaijin Diaries, which Publishers Weekly called "laugh-out-loud funny," Shelf Awareness called "so much fun," and Michiko Kakutani of The New York Times completely ignored.

 

Tim has done many amazing things in his young-ish life. Well, two amazing things. OK, one thing that he did twice. But he's got nothing on his older brother, who can play his teeth like a xylophone with his thumb. 

 

Tim has been a waiter, a data entry clerk, a photocopier repairman, a freelance writer, a middle school teacher, an editor of encyclopedias, and a depressed employee of the state of North Carolina. He hopes to one day be a spokesman for Speedos and/or Nutella. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society. These distinctions have yet to pay off. 

 

Tim is currently an editor and lives in Brooklyn with his husband, Jimmy; his cat, Stella; and his yoga balance ball, Sheila. Tim also writes young adult historical fiction under the name T. Neill Anderson and blogs at seetimblog.blogspot.com. His favorite southern state is Hawaii, and his Little Debbie snack cake of choice is the Fudge Round.
